When the same management team keeps showing up across multiple uranium success stories, it stops being coincidence and starts being a track record worth paying attention to.

Dev Randhawa, the CEO of Strathmore Plus Uranium (🇨🇦SUU / 🇺🇸SUUFF), is the same person who founded Strathmore Minerals, Fission Energy, and Fission Uranium. Strathmore Minerals was sold to Denison Mining for $85 million. Fission Uranium spun out and grew to a market cap above $630 million. Fission Energy was spun into what became a $112 million company. That’s a history of building shareholder value in uranium that goes back to 1996.

Now Randhawa and his team are running the smallest, earliest-stage vehicle in their portfolio. Strathmore Plus has a market cap of roughly C$9.4 million. And in early May 2026, they reported an 81% mineralization hit rate from their latest drill program in Wyoming.

That kind of consistency in the drill core, from a team with this track record, at this price point, is exactly the setup that experienced junior mining investors look for.

Why Wyoming, and why now

Wyoming is historically the second-largest uranium-producing state in the U.S., with over 250 million pounds mined across 70-plus years of operations. In 2018, Wyoming produced 78% of all U.S. uranium. The state is mine-friendly, has clear permitting processes, established infrastructure, and drilling costs that are significantly cheaper than the Athabasca Basin in Canada.

More importantly, Wyoming’s geology is known for hosting uranium deposits suitable for in-situ recovery mining. ISR is the lowest-cost method for producing uranium. Instead of building an open pit or underground mine, a solution is pumped through the ore body, dissolving the uranium, and the enriched fluid is recovered at the surface. It’s cheaper to build, cheaper to operate, and easier to permit.

Every one of Strathmore’s projects in Wyoming sits in geology that is prospective for ISR. At a time when the United States is scrambling to secure domestic uranium supply, a potential ISR project in a mining-friendly state is exactly what the policy environment is calling for.

Agate: 294 holes drilled, and the footprint keeps growing

The flagship is the Agate Project, a potential ISR uranium target in Wyoming’s Shirley Basin district. The Shirley Basin has historically produced over 52 million pounds of uranium, and Agate sits directly adjacent to properties held by Cameco and Uranium Energy Corp. UR-Energy’s nearby satellite ISR mine began producing as of April 2026, just 5.3 miles east of Agate.

Strathmore has now completed 294 drill holes at Agate across the 2023 to 2026 programs. In the Spring 2026 program alone, the company drilled 48 holes and hit mineralization in 39 of them, an 81% hit rate. Across the full history of drilling at Agate, 95% of the company’s holes have intersected mineralization. That kind of consistency tells you the system is real and laterally extensive.

The latest results confirmed a new Middle Sand mineralized trend extending over 2,500 feet, open in both directions. The existing Lower Sand trend was extended an additional 1,000 feet westward, bringing its total length to nearly 6,000 feet. Standout intercepts included 16.0 feet at 0.071% eU3O8 and 14.5 feet at 0.063% eU3O8 in the Middle Sand, and 4.0 feet at 0.102% eU3O8 in the Lower Sand.

The Middle Sand discovery is particularly important because the Middle Sand hosted most of the historically mined uranium in the Shirley Basin. Finding it at Agate expands the mineralized footprint and adds a second prospective horizon on top of the Lower Sand system that was already being delineated.

Mineralization at Agate is shallow, from 20 to 150 feet deep, and much of it sits below the water table, which is exactly what you need for ISR to work. The company is now advancing permitting with a Plan of Operation submission to the Bureau of Land Management and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

Beaver Rim: the second shot on goal in the Gas Hills

Beyond Agate, Strathmore holds the Beaver Rim project in Wyoming’s Gas Hills uranium district. Beaver Rim is 5,475 acres across 265 claims, positioned just south of Cameco’s Gas Hills project, which holds over 13 million pounds of indicated resources and 6 million pounds inferred.

In 2024, Strathmore drilled at Beaver Rim and hit mineralization with stacked roll fronts, validating the company’s geologic model. The team intercepted 0.042% eU3O8 over 7.5 feet at depth. The 2026 plan calls for 6,000 to 10,000 additional feet of drilling across 5 to 10 holes to expand on those results.

Several geologists have opined that Beaver Rim could mirror the grades and deposit sizes found in the Gas Hills. It’s early, but the geology is encouraging and the address is strong.

A $200,000 research partnership with the University of Wyoming

The University of Wyoming funded $200,000 in research to help Strathmore better locate drilling targets and uncover higher-grade mineralization at both Agate and Beaver Rim. The study focuses on near-surface geophysics to detect and image uranium roll fronts, with the goal of pinpointing drilling targets and potentially monitoring roll front movement during future ISR mining.

Academic validation of the geological model, funded by the university itself, adds another layer of credibility to the exploration thesis.

~55 million shares outstanding at a C$9.4 million market cap

Strathmore’s share structure is tight. Approximately 55.4 million shares outstanding, roughly 68.7 million fully diluted. At a market cap of around C$9.4 million, the market is pricing this company as if nothing has happened at Agate.

Meanwhile, the company has drilled nearly 300 holes, hit mineralization in the vast majority of them, discovered a new mineralized trend, is advancing permitting, and has a management team that has collectively created hundreds of millions of dollars in uranium value over three decades.

The bottom line

Strathmore Plus Uranium (🇨🇦SUU / 🇺🇸SUUFF) is a Wyoming-focused uranium explorer led by the same team behind Strathmore Minerals, Fission Energy, and Fission Uranium, a group that has been building shareholder value in uranium since 1996.

Their flagship Agate project has delivered an 81% mineralization hit rate in the latest drill program, with a new Middle Sand trend confirmed over 2,500 feet and the Lower Sand trend now approaching 6,000 feet. Mineralization is shallow, below the water table, and prospective for in-situ recovery. UR-Energy just started producing from an ISR mine 5.3 miles east of the property. In the mid-1990s, Wisconsin passed one of the strictest mining moratoriums in U.S. history. It effectively banned all non-ferrous metal mining in the state. For over 20 years, no one could drill for copper, gold, or zinc in one of the most mineralized volcanic belts in North America.

The Penokean Volcanic Belt shares the same geological signature as Canada’s Abitibi and Flin Flon mining camps, districts that have collectively produced billions of dollars in metals. But while those Canadian belts were being explored, drilled, and developed, Wisconsin’s was frozen. Known deposits couldn’t be advanced. New discoveries couldn’t be made. Capital stayed away entirely.

That moratorium was repealed in 2017.

GreenLight Metals (🇨🇦GRL / 🇺🇸GRLMF) was the first company to move in. They consolidated the best assets, secured permits, assembled a technical team, and started drilling. They are the only company actively exploring copper-gold targets in this reopened belt today.

And they have two rigs turning right now.

The belt reopened into the strongest metals market in history

Here’s what makes the timing remarkable. When Wisconsin’s mining belt was last active, copper was around $1 a pound. Today it’s above US$5.75, near all-time highs. Gold has surged past US$3,300 an ounce. Silver is above US$33. And tellurium, a critical mineral found at GreenLight’s flagship project, is in a sustained uptrend driven by solar panel demand.

Every metal in the ground is worth multiples of what it was when this belt was last active. The economics of exploration here have been completely transformed by the commodity cycle, and GreenLight is the only company in the district positioned to benefit from it.

At the same time, the U.S. government is treating domestic critical mineral supply as a national security priority. Executive orders are fast-tracking permitting for American mining projects. Wisconsin didn’t just lift the moratorium, it modernized the entire regulatory framework to support responsible exploration. The policy tailwinds and the commodity tailwinds hit at exactly the same moment.

Bend: six holes drilled, six holes hit

GreenLight’s flagship is the Bend Project in northern Wisconsin, a copper-gold VMS system about 35 miles from the past-producing Flambeau Mine. This isn’t starting from scratch. Prior operators invested over US$8 million into Bend, drilled more than 22,000 meters across roughly 50 holes, and outlined a historical resource estimate of approximately 4.0 million tonnes. Mineralization has been traced over 330 meters of strike and 600 meters vertically, and large portions of the system have never been tested.

GreenLight completed a six-hole Phase 1 drill program in 2025 and hit copper-rich VMS mineralization in every single hole. The best hole returned 34.25 meters averaging 3.74% copper equivalent, including 22.24 meters of 3.02 g/t gold and 2.03% copper. Visible gold was observed in drill core at 290 meters depth.

For a program that cost just under C$1 million, they added approximately 150 meters of new strike to the deposit. A 100% hit rate across six holes, with grades and thickness increasing at depth, is the kind of result that tells you the system is real and growing.

Phase 2 is underway with two rigs

GreenLight has launched a fully funded Phase 2 drill program at Bend, targeting up to 7,000 meters across 15 permitted pads with two diamond drill rigs. Initial Phase 2 results from hole B26-007 returned 30.7 meters of 2.49% copper equivalent, including 14.9 meters of 3.65% CuEq.

The program is testing down-plunge and down-dip extensions of the high-grade system with the goal of advancing toward a modern NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate. With two rigs turning and assays pending on multiple holes, investors can expect a steady stream of news flow throughout 2026.

Barrick Gold signed a binding deal on their Nevada project

In May 2026, GreenLight announced a binding term sheet with Barrick Gold for a proposed staged earn-in at the Kalium Canyon project in Nevada. Barrick can earn up to 80% by spending US$20.5 million on exploration and making US$1 million in cash payments.

When one of the largest gold miners on Earth signs a binding deal with a sub-C$50 million explorer, it tells you the geology is credible and the team is serious. Barrick doesn’t put their name on projects that don’t meet their technical threshold.

For GreenLight shareholders, it means Kalium Canyon gets explored at Barrick’s expense, while the company’s own resources stay focused on drilling Bend.

A critical mineral most investors don’t know about

Beyond copper and gold, Bend is showing significant tellurium values. Tellurium is a critical mineral used in advanced solar panel technology, specifically cadmium telluride panels. Multiple samples from Bend have exceeded 500 g/t tellurium, and the main massive sulfide interval averages above 350 g/t.

Rio Tinto recently built a dedicated tellurium processing plant at its Kennecott Mine to meet surging demand from the solar sector. The tellurium component at Bend could open up government-level funding mechanisms for critical mineral development, adding another layer of strategic value on top of the copper and gold.

C$11.5 million in the bank, sub-C$50 million market cap

GreenLight recently completed a C$11.5 million financing, giving the company a strong balance sheet to execute Phase 2 and advance its broader portfolio. With approximately 100 million shares outstanding and a market cap below C$50 million, the share structure is tight relative to the asset base.

Beyond Bend, GreenLight controls Reef, a high-grade gold-copper system, plus Lobo and Lobo East, VMS discovery targets near the world-class Crandon deposit. None of those are priced into the current valuation. Neither is the Barrick earn-in.

The bottom line

GreenLight Metals (🇨🇦GRL / 🇺🇸GRLMF) is the sole first mover in a world-class mining belt that was locked up for over 20 years, now reopened into the strongest metals market in history.

Phase 1 hit mineralization in all six holes, including visible gold alongside high-grade copper. Phase 2 has two rigs turning right now. Barrick Gold signed a binding deal on their Nevada project. The company has C$11.5 million in the bank. And the market cap is below C$50 million for the only company actively drilling copper-gold in the entire Penokean Belt.

Most investors don’t know this district just reopened. Most haven’t heard of GreenLight. And most aren’t watching the drill results that are about to start flowing. That gap between what’s happening on the ground and what the market is pricing is exactly the kind of disconnect that changes when the news catches up.

Cashu Research has initiated coverage on BlinkLab Limited (ASX:BB1) with a Speculative Buy rating and a 12-month price target of A$1.80 — 159% above the current A$0.695.

Over the past 18 months, the ASX has produced one of the most reliable setups in small-cap healthcare. AI diagnostic companies with strong clinical data and a credible regulatory pathway have cleared the FDA - and then re-rated violently. Artrya ran 2,083% off its low. 4D Medical climbed 952%. ResApp was taken out by Pfizer for A$180M.

BlinkLab (ASX:BB1) fits the same template…….with a few differences that make it stand out. Its reported pilot data are stronger relative to the FDA’s benchmark than either Artrya or 4D Medical were at the equivalent stage. It is already deploying across a national, government-funded screening program covering up to 600,000 children a year. And its core catalyst, an FDA clearance decision, is expected inside the next 12 months. The stock trades at just A$0.695.

The reason this matters now comes down to a system under strain. In the United States, the average wait from first developmental screening to a confirmed autism diagnosis exceeds two years. Fewer than 800 developmental-behavioural paediatricians serve an estimated 19 million children with developmental concerns, and a full evaluation can cost US$1,000–7,000.

Meanwhile autism prevalence has climbed from roughly 1 in 150 children in 2000 to about 1 in 31 eight-year-olds in 2022, around 7 million US children have an ADHD diagnosis, and Australia’s autism-related NDIS payments hit approximately A$10.3 billion in 2025 — more than double the A$4.2 billion of FY2020/21.

Demand is rising structurally; specialist capacity is not. The system needs faster, more scalable and more objective tools — and that is precisely the gap BlinkLab is built to fill.

Turning a smartphone into a diagnostic tool

BlinkLab (ASX:BB1) is an Australian digital-health company developing an AI platform that converts a standard smartphone into a clinician-prescribed neurometric assessment tool, without the need for dedicated specialist hardware.

During the assessment, the application presents visual and auditory stimuli while the front-facing camera and microphone capture reflexes, blink responses, head movement, gaze-related behaviours and vocalisations. Machine-learning models translate those signals into objective biomarkers, which are returned to the prescribing clinician through the cloud platform. The assessment takes approximately 30 minutes.

Founded by neuroscientists associated with Erasmus University Medical Center and Princeton University, BlinkLab has progressed from academic research into an active FDA program. Its lead product, Dx1, is an autism diagnostic aid; its second, Dx2, extends the same architecture to ADHD.

The commercial logic is straightforward. In a market where specialist capacity is scarce and wait lists are long, a hardware-light tool that runs on devices clinicians and families already own could be deployed across clinics, community settings and resource-constrained health systems far more readily than eye-tracking machines or specialist-led evaluations

Clinical data above the FDA benchmark

The reported pilot data are the central de-risking element of the investment case.

In a 485-child US pilot study, Dx1 reported 83.7% sensitivity and 84.7% specificity. Management has stated that the FDA pre-submission process confirmed a benchmark of greater than 65% on both measures.

The pilot therefore cleared the stated threshold with a meaningful buffer, reframing the pivotal study as a confirmation-at-scale exercise rather than an early proof-of-concept experiment. For context, the hardware-based eye-tracking comparator EarliTec reported 71% sensitivity and 81% specificity, while Cognoa’s Canvas Dx came in materially lower.

The pivotal study is already running — a double-blinded, multicentre validation program across 10 US autism research institutions (including Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine, Cincinnati Children’s, the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and Seattle Children’s), executed with IQVIA-MCRA. Enrollment completion and FDA submission are targeted for Q4 2026, with a clearance decision expected in Q1 2027.

The pivotal study still needs to replicate pilot performance across a broader, multi-site population, and that remains the key regulatory risk. The starting point, however, is materially stronger than a typical early-stage medtech proof-of-concept.

A platform, not a single binary outcome

What distinguishes BlinkLab from many pre-clearance companies is that the US FDA decision is not the only source of value.

1. Morocco. BlinkLab has been selected for Morocco’s nationwide, government-funded autism screening program, run through the Foundation Mohammed V for Solidarity, with potential deployment across 3,000 centres and 600,000 children annually. That’s sovereign validation, a real-world data engine, and platform value that doesn’t depend on the US pathway.

2. Dx2 ADHD. The European clinical study with Mental Care Group is expected to report 300-patient results in Q2 2026. ADHD dramatically widens the addressable market beyond autism.

3. Europe. CE/MDR submissions for Dx1 and Dx2 are targeted for Q3 2026 — a regulatory track that runs independent of the FDA.

Each new study, geography and indication deepens BlinkLab’s labelled-data asset and strengthens the moat — anchored by a patent portfolio filed with Princeton covering remote neurobehavioral testing, with national filings across the US, Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia and Korea.

The FDA re-rating playbook

For investors, the most instructive context is not the autism market size but the trading history of ASX-listed AI diagnostic companies once they secured FDA clearance.

Artrya (ASX:AYA) went from A$0.24 in January 2025 to a peak of A$5.24 after 510(k) clearance — a 2,083% move from the pre-clearance price.

4D Medical (ASX:4DX) jumped 67% on clearance day in September 2025, then ran to an all-time high of A$4.84 by January 2026 — a 952% appreciation, helped by fast CMS reimbursement.

Echo IQ (ASX:EIQ) rose ~25% on clearance day in October 2024 and later hit a 52-week high of A$1.36.

And ResApp Health — whose smartphone respiratory diagnostic story rhymes closely with BlinkLab’s — was acquired by Pfizer for A$180M in 2022. (BlinkLab’s own chairman, Brian Leedman, co-founded ResApp.)

These are not cherry-picked outliers; they reflect a consistent pattern in which ASX investors re-rate AI diagnostic companies as regulatory risk converts into clearance. BlinkLab’s pilot data is stronger relative to its FDA threshold than AYA or 4DX at equivalent stages, its Morocco deployment scale is unprecedented for a pre-clearance diagnostic, and it has a credible path to FDA, CE/MDR and emerging-market rollout in parallel.

The valuation gap

At A$0.695, BlinkLab carries a market capitalisation of approximately A$106M and an enterprise value of approximately A$83.6M, with around A$22.8M in cash — sufficient, on our estimates, to fund the key near-term catalysts.

On a scenario basis:

• Pre-submission re-rating (Q4 2026 filing on schedule): ~A$1.20, +73%

• 12-month target (Q1 2027 clearance, US launch begins, Morocco and Dx2 support the platform): A$1.80, +159%

• Bull case (clearance plus reimbursement, Dx2 momentum, Morocco commercialisation): A$2.50–3.00+

In our view, the market is still pricing BlinkLab as a typical pre-revenue developer, while the underlying asset is increasingly behaving like a strategic platform with a near-dated, well-defined catalyst path.

The bottom line

BlinkLab is a high-risk, high-upside opportunity.

The setup is rare: reported clinical data above the stated FDA benchmark, a binary catalyst inside the 12-month horizon, government-backed deployment validation, a hardware-light commercial model, and genuine platform optionality across ADHD, Europe and beyond.

The next 12 months are dense with catalysts — Dx2 results, the Morocco rollout, CE/MDR submissions, pivotal completion, and the FDA decision itself. Positive execution across even some of these milestones could compress the market’s discount well before clearance is formally achieved.

BlinkLab sits at the intersection of AI diagnostics, digital health, child neurodevelopment and health-system cost containment. In our view, that combination makes BB1 one of the more compelling digital-health opportunities on the ASX over the next 12 months.

In the world of junior mining, most companies never make it to production. They find something interesting in the ground, they drill it, they publish studies, they raise capital, and then they spend years trying to get permitted, financed, and built. The vast majority never cross the finish line.

Gunnison Copper (🇨🇦GCU / 🇺🇸GCUMF) already did.

The Johnson Camp Mine in Arizona entered production in August 2025, ahead of schedule. By September, Gunnison had delivered its first 225,000 pounds of copper cathode into U.S. markets, generating over $1 million in gross proceeds. This isn’t a company talking about what it might do someday. It’s a company that is mining and selling copper right now.

Every single pound of it is produced in the United States. And Rio Tinto is backing the operation.

Copper above $6 a pound, and the supply picture just got worse

The macro backdrop Gunnison is producing into is about as favorable as it gets.

Copper prices have surged above US$6 per pound. Demand is being driven by electric vehicles, AI data centers, power grid buildouts, and defense manufacturing. A single large data center can use one to two million pounds of copper. With AI infrastructure accelerating across the country, the demand from tech alone is staggering.

Meanwhile, supply just took a hit. Freeport-McMoRan’s Grasberg mine in Indonesia, the world’s second-largest copper operation, recently suffered a catastrophic disruption that took 35% of its output offline through at least 2026. The market was already tight. Now it’s tighter.

New copper supply is notoriously difficult to bring online. Permitting takes years. Construction takes years. Ramp-up takes years. Gunnison skipped that entire queue by being already in production, in a mining-friendly U.S. state, with nameplate capacity of 25 million pounds per year.

Rio Tinto’s Nuton technology, deployed at industrial scale

The Johnson Camp Mine isn’t running on conventional processing. It’s powered by Nuton, a proprietary bioleaching technology developed by Rio Tinto’s venture arm. Nuton uses naturally occurring microorganisms to extract copper from sulphide material, producing 99.99% pure copper cathode right at the mine gate. No smelters. No refineries. A shorter, cleaner supply chain with lower carbon emissions and less water use.

When Rio Tinto puts their technology and financial backing behind a junior producer, that’s a signal worth paying attention to. This isn’t a small-scale experiment. Nuton is now deployed at industrial scale at Johnson Camp.

And here’s where it gets even more interesting: in January 2026, Rio Tinto’s Nuton announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services. AWS is using the first copper ever produced by this technology in components of its U.S. data centers. That means Gunnison’s copper is already flowing into one of the largest infrastructure buildouts on the planet.

Pentagon recognition and the made-in-America advantage

When most people hear “coal,” they think power plants. They think energy transition debates. They think of a commodity the world is leaving behind.

They’re thinking of the wrong coal.

There’s another kind of coal that has nothing to do with electricity and everything to do with steel. Drilling at Murphy Lake is set to begin at the end of May 2026, funded by partner UraniumX Discovery Corp. under an earn-in agreement, followed by work at Todd Lake.

F4 has signed a definitive option agreement with UraniumX Discovery Corp. (formerly Stearman Resources Inc.) to earn up to a 70% interest in Murphy Lake by spending $18M. That means F4 gets its flagship property drilled largely at someone else’s expense.

Flow-through financing further reduces costs, allowing F4 to chase multiple targets without diluting shareholders to fund the work.

In junior mining, “who’s paying for the drill program” is half the story. At Murphy Lake, the answer is not F4 shareholders.

Most silver exploration stories go something like this: a company finds a deposit, defines a resource, and then spends years trying to figure out if it’s big enough to matter.

Viscount Mining (🇨🇦VML / 🇺🇸VLMGF) already has the resource. An independent engineering report has confirmed 24 million ounces of silver at their Silver Cliff property in Colorado. They own it. The deposit starts near surface, which means it could potentially be mined in an open-pit configuration rather than an expensive underground operation.

That alone makes it a real story. But then they kept drilling, and found something else entirely…

The discovery underneath the deposit

While exploring Silver Cliff for silver, Viscount’s drill program intersected a copper-gold system sitting below the silver resource. They’re calling it Passiflora.

The discovery hole cut through 843 meters of mineralized rock, and a geophysical survey suggests the system could be very large, with an anomaly estimated at 665 million cubic meters.

That matters because copper-gold porphyry systems are behind some of the largest and most valuable mines on the planet. Finding one underneath a known silver deposit, on a property you already own, in a mining-friendly U.S. state, is the kind of thing that changes the trajectory of a company.

Passiflora is still early. But the scale of the geophysical anomaly and the length of the mineralized intercept suggest this isn’t a small target.

Bonanza-grade silver in the drill core

The silver resource alone would be enough to put Viscount on most investors’ radar if they were paying attention.

When miners drill, silver concentration is measured in grams per tonne. A typical producing silver mine operates on rock grading somewhere around 100 to 200 g/t. Viscount’s best intercepts at Silver Cliff have returned 1,778 g/t silver over 6.1 meters and 837 g/t silver over 15.2 meters.

In mining, grades like that are called bonanza-grade. It’s rare, and it’s the kind of result that turns a small deposit into something that gets the attention of bigger companies looking for high-quality ounces.

The 24-million-ounce resource is already defined. But with a new drill program underway and an updated resource estimate expected this year, that number could grow.

A fully funded drill program just launched

In March 2026, Viscount kicked off a 4,500-meter drill program at Silver Cliff. That’s a significant amount of drilling for a company this size, and here’s the important part: it’s fully funded. No need to issue new shares and dilute existing shareholders to pay for it.

Every drill result coming out of this program is a potential catalyst. More silver intercepts build the resource. More Passiflora intercepts build the copper-gold story. And the updated resource estimate, expected later this year, could meaningfully expand what the market thinks Silver Cliff is worth.

60% insider and close holder ownership on a small float

Insiders and close holders own approximately 60% of Viscount’s shares. That’s a level of alignment you rarely see in junior mining. When the people running the company and their inner circle have that much of their own money tied up in the stock, their incentives are directly aligned with outside shareholders.

It also means the publicly traded float is relatively small at around 120 million shares outstanding. Small float plus upcoming catalysts is the kind of setup that can produce outsized moves when news lands.

Two U.S. properties, zero geopolitical headaches

A lot of mining stories sound great until you look at where the property is. Political instability, permitting nightmares, and government interference have destroyed shareholder value in countless juniors operating in higher-risk jurisdictions.

Viscount’s properties are in Colorado and Nevada, two of the most mining-friendly states in the U.S. Stable laws, good infrastructure, road access, and none of the geopolitical risk that comes with operating overseas.

Cherry Creek, the 9,000-acre bonus most people miss

On top of Silver Cliff, Viscount owns the Cherry Creek project in Nevada. It’s 9,000 acres with more than 20 historic mines that used to produce silver and gold. Those mines were operated separately by different owners for decades, but Viscount assembled them all under one roof for the first time.

Past drilling at Cherry Creek has returned impressive results, including 320 g/t silver plus gold over 174 meters. And the property hasn’t been explored with modern technology yet.

Think of Cherry Creek as optionality that most investors aren’t pricing in. If Silver Cliff is the main event, Cherry Creek is a second act waiting in the wings.

Silver prices are doing the heavy lifting on the macro side

If you’ve been watching precious metals, those numbers aren’t surprising anymore. What’s surprising is how few exploration companies are positioned to actually benefit from them.

Because the best silver districts in the world don’t just appear overnight. The Parral Mining District in Chihuahua, Mexico, is one of those places that makes you wonder how it slipped through the cracks.

That’s what Kingsmen did.

But the intercept that tells the bigger story might be Hole 5: 74 g/t silver equivalent over 15.7 meters, with mineralization open at depth and along strike. That’s the kind of width that starts to change the conversation about what this system could look like at scale.

And then there’s the part that wasn’t in the plan.

A third structure nobody knew was there

Phase 1 drilling didn’t just confirm the existing Soledad vein systems. It uncovered a previously unknown gold-rich structure located 160 meters north of the main mine zone.

That’s a discovery, not a confirmation.

It means the mineralized footprint at Las Coloradas is potentially bigger than anyone modeled going into the drill program. And the new structure remains wide open, untested beyond the initial intersection.

For an exploration story, that’s exactly the kind of result that turns a “let’s see what’s here” drill program into a “there’s more here than we thought” inflection point.

Phase 2 is funded and on-deck

This is the key catalyst since the January campaign. Kingsmen has raised approximately C$13 million and is now funded and ready to launch Phase 2 drilling.

The program will include stepout and deeper drilling on the Soledad I and II vein systems, plus first-pass drilling at the high-priority Saddle target. Roughly 700 meters of the Soledad structure remains untested.

That means a steady stream of upcoming news flow: new assays, new drill results, new targets, and more data on what could be a district-scale silver-gold system.

Why the share structure matters here

With only approximately 34.4 million shares outstanding (fully diluted) and a market cap below C$60 million, Kingsmen is one of the most tightly structured exploration stories in the junior mining sector.

CEO Scott Emerson has emphasized minimal dilution throughout the process. For a district-scale silver-gold play with active drilling and real intercepts, that kind of structure means strong drill results from Phase 2 could deliver significant leverage for early shareholders.

The GoGold proximity most people overlook

Las Coloradas sits just 40 km from GoGold Resources’ Parral operations, which include a processing facility built to handle gold, silver, lead, and zinc.

GoGold will require ongoing ore feed for years, making Kingsmen a potential strategic asset within trucking distance of existing infrastructure.

That doesn’t guarantee anything. But in mining, proximity to a working mill is the kind of optionality that matters more and more as a project advances.

A second project quietly building behind the flagship

Beyond Las Coloradas, Kingsmen recently acquired the Almoloya project, a second district-scale gold-silver system located roughly 30 km northwest of the flagship. Phase 1 drilling there is planned for late Q2 2026.

The team behind the consolidation

The Kingsmen team brings real depth to a district-scale opportunity. Scott Emerson, the CEO, personally negotiated and consolidated all 15 Las Coloradas concessions. Mark Pryor, Director and Geologist, brings over 40 years of precious metals exploration experience from roles at Anglo American and Placer Dome, including involvement in the Los Gatos Mine development. Kieran Downes, VP Exploration, is a 40-year industry veteran with a Ph.D. specializing in structural geology and epithermal precious metals systems.

This isn’t a team learning on the job. They’ve done this before.

Most people still think of critical minerals as a slow, boring corner of the market. Lumps of rock. Slide decks. Permitting timelines measured in decades.

What Actually Happened on April 8

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Resolution Minerals (ASX: RML) announced it had been granted FAST-41 federal permitting facilitation status for its Antimony Ridge project in Idaho.

The stock opened up more than 50% on the news.

Translation: FAST-41 is a White House–level designation. It’s the U.S. federal government formally flagging a project as nationally significant and putting it on a public dashboard with coordinated permitting timelines. Perpetua Resources — the $3.7B Stibnite project literally next door — spent nearly a decade in the federal permitting system without it. RML just got it before a single drill has turned at Antimony Ridge.

That’s the signal. Now the setup.

The Setup

RML owns 100% of the Horse Heaven project in Valley County, Idaho. One land package, three commodities the U.S. government has classified as strategic:

Antimony. China controls >90% of global supply. It banned exports to the U.S. entirely in December 2024. The partial suspension expires November 2026. RML’s surface grab samples at Antimony Ridge returned up to 49.8% Sb — several multiples of typical Chinese mine grades.

Tungsten. China controls ~80% of global production. APT prices are up roughly 500% in the past 12 months. The DFARS ban on Chinese-origin tungsten in U.S. defense contracts takes effect January 1, 2027. RML owns a ~2,000-tonne tungsten stockpile assaying at 1.85% WO₃ — about ten times the global underground average — plus the processing mill to handle it.

Gold. Phase 1 drilling at Golden Gate returned broad near-surface gold in every single hole, including 253m @ 1.5 g/t Au from surface. A 45-hole, 13,700m Phase 2 program kicks off in May 2026.

Why the NASDAQ Listing Is the Real Catalyst

RML filed its Form F-20 with the SEC in February 2026. The listing is expected in H1 2026.

The reason this matters is a pattern that’s now hard to ignore:

• Nova Minerals — NASDAQ listing → $43.4M DPA Title III award for its Alaskan antimony project.

• Almonty Industries — NASDAQ listing → US$219M raised across two offerings in six months.

• US Antimony — $245M sole-source DLA contract plus $27M in direct DoW investment.

• Perpetua (RML’s next-door neighbor) — $2.7B EXIM Bank loan commitment and $80M+ in DoD grants.

Translation: a NASDAQ listing isn’t just a capital markets event for a U.S.-assets miner right now. It’s the door that unlocks government checks.

The Valuation Argument, In Plain English

A third party reportedly offered — and was rejected at — A$225M for Horse Heaven alone in August 2025. That was before the gold discovery, before last week’s FAST-41 designation, and before tungsten prices went up 500%.

At A$0.052, the whole company trades at an enterprise value of roughly A$94M.

That’s the core of it. You don’t need heroic assumptions. You need the offer from last August to still mean something.

The story NUAI is building is simple: stop begging the grid

New Era is developing a large-scale data center campus called Texas Critical Data Centers (TCDC) in Ector County, Texas, designed for phased expansion toward 1+ gigawatt of capacity.

If you’re not deep in the data center world, here’s why that matters in plain English:

In many “traditional” markets, developers are fighting for scarce grid capacity and waiting years for interconnections. The TCDC site has been described as having access to multiple large intrastate natural gas transmission lines, a key ingredient for that model.

And Texas is also tightening the rulebook around how large loads (including data centers) plan for reliability, through legislation like SB 6, which introduced new requirements for large-load interconnections and backup generation planning/registration in ERCOT.

That’s the broader backdrop: the grid is stressed, timelines are long, and reliability requirements are rising. Developers are being nudged toward self-sufficient power strategies.

The April 1 catalyst: NUAI didn’t just pitch a vision—it brought in a Tier-1 partner

On April 1, 2026, New Era announced it signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to form a joint venture to develop and finance the TCDC campus, pairing the company with Stream Data Centers, a major U.S. data center development and operating platform, plus an unnamed institutional investor expected to provide equity and arrange debt financing.

The proposed structure is straightforward:

• New Era contributes site control and local relationships

• The institutional investor contributes equity and sources debt (the LOI describes a target of ~80% debt financing)

• Stream is expected to serve as development manager and operator

That last point is the real shift for investors: this starts to look less like a small company trying to “talk its way” into hyperscale infrastructure, and more like a small company trying to anchor itself into the economics of a project alongside institutional capital and an experienced operator.

New Era explicitly framed this as wanting to remain a meaningful long-term stakeholder, not merely a land seller, and said its equity position could generate distributions from operating cash flow after the first phase reaches commercial operations (subject to definitive agreements and execution).

The land footprint: scarcity is the asset most people don’t price correctly

TCDC is described as 438 acres owned with a 54-acre corridor pending, designed for delivery in three phases that scale the campus from initial utility power toward on-site generation and ultimately over 1 GW.

And New Era has also been expanding beyond Texas. In November 2025, the company announced a land option purchase agreement for ~3,500 acres in Lea County, New Mexico, positioning it as a separate, potentially multi-gigawatt AI data center development effort (still at the option stage, and conditional on future decisions and financing).

This is the part of the story that’s easy to miss if you only look at tickers: in AI infrastructure, “land” isn’t just real estate. It’s time. It’s permitting runway. It’s power access. It’s the ability to say “yes” when demand arrives instead of telling customers they’re waiting half a decade.

Why the Permian angle resonates right now

West Texas isn’t a fashionable place. It’s an effective place.

When the traditional hubs get congested with power constraints, connection queues and local backlash, the developers migrate to regions with energy infrastructure, friendlier timelines, and room to build. That migration has already begun across the U.S. data center landscape, and it’s why stories like NUAI’s are showing up in mainstream data center coverage.

New Era’s pitch is essentially: AI wants scale. Scale wants power. Power wants the Permian.

And the April 1 LOI is meant to move that pitch closer to institutional reality.

The bottom line

NUAI is not a “AI software” story. It’s an AI infrastructure and power story, aimed at a moment where the constraint is shifting from chips to electricity and timelines.

What makes this worth watching now is that the company has been trying to turn its plan into a credible development structure:

• A large, phased campus plan toward 1+ GW in Ector County

• Site positioning tied to intrastate gas transmission access

• A newly announced (non-binding) JV framework with Stream Data Centers and institutional capital to finance and operate the campus

• A separate ~3,500-acre New Mexico land option expanding the platform concept

• A macro tailwind where data center power demand is expected to surge this decade

None of this is guaranteed, and an LOI is not a definitive agreement. Execution, financing, permitting, customer demand, and energy market dynamics all matter.

The Simple Story

REZ controls a consolidated ~100km² land package in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia — one of the most productive gold corridors on the planet. W

e’re talking the neighbourhood of Kalgoorlie, Sunrise Dam, Tropicana, and Granny Smith. This belt has produced tens of millions of ounces historically and continues to host some of Australia’s most profitable operations.

On 23 March 2026, REZ announced an updated JORC Mineral Resource at Goodenough: 1.36 million tonnes at 1.40 g/t gold for 61,200 ounces. That’s a 33% increase in contained gold from the previous 2020 estimate.

More importantly, 92% of the resource is now classified as Indicated — up from 55%. That’s the kind of confidence level that supports mine planning.

The product’s made overseas, the supply chain is fragile, and the only thing that’s truly domestic is the press release.

On January 22, Lion Rock announced it has completed Phase 1 of its first-ever modern drill program at Volney. In total, the company drilled approximately 3,600 meters across 15 drill holes, targeting both gold-bearing structures and lithium-bearing pegmatites along the Volney trend.

This is the first time the project has been systematically drilled with modern methods.

The program tested areas around historic workings such as the Giant Volney, Rusty, and Rough & Ready mines, places where high-grade gold and lithium were previously identified at surface, but never properly drilled at depth as a unified project.

What they hit in the drill core

According to the company, drilling intersected multiple sulphide-bearing shear zones with quartz veining and strong alteration (exactly the type of geology associated with gold mineralization in the district). These zones were encountered consistently along the drilled strike length.

Importantly, the drill core shows the same characteristics as surface samples that previously returned gold grades as high as 14.0 g/t.

On the lithium side, Lion Rock confirmed spodumene-bearing pegmatites in multiple drill holes, including long intercepts near the Giant Volney and Rough & Ready areas. One hole intersected spodumene-bearing pegmatites from roughly 48 meters to 77 meters, and again from 103 meters to 120 meters downhole.

These pegmatites occur near surface areas where lithium samples previously graded up to 3.6% Li₂O. Cassiterite and tantalite were also observed in the core, pointing to a broader critical-minerals system.

Assays are now pending

All drill core has been processed and samples have been shipped to SGS in Denver for analysis. The company stated that assay results will be reported as they become available in the coming days and weeks.

This is the key near-term catalyst.

Drilling has confirmed the presence of gold-bearing structures and lithium-bearing pegmatites. Now the market is waiting to see what the lab results say.

Why Volney matters

The Volney Project sits in South Dakota’s Black Hills, one of the most legendary mining regions in North America. Just nearby is the historic Homestake Mine, which produced more than 40 million ounces of gold and proved this district can host world-class deposits.
